Savour the exceptional cuisine through Compass Group Catering. Our Menu offerings reflect some of our most popular selections and demonstrate the talents of our in-house culinary team. Whether you select from our suggested menus or "Challenge Our Chef" to design a menu to meet your specified needs, Compass Group Catering will deliver outstanding food and service.

Order Policy

To provide you with quality service, we request orders to be place at least three business days prior to the event. Seven days notice is required for large receptions and dinners. Orders placed less than 24 hours notice will be based on product and staff availability. Orders can be placed by internet, phone or fax. Please call the catering manager if you do not receive confirmation of your order at 926-7100.

Guarantee

If an emergency order is placed shorter than this time frame substitutions may apply. The organizer undertakes to pay the quoted rates for the number guaranteed or in attendance, whichever is greater. We are, however, prepared to serve 5% above the guaranteed number of people attending the function.

Invoicing

For external groups; Prior to the event, Compass Group will require a 50% deposit based on the estimated total with the remaining balance due at the time of the event. For internal groups: direct billing will be pre-arranged. Cancellation Cancellations must be received at least three business days prior to the event in order to avoid a cancellation fee of 50%. of all anticipated charges. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the function may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of all anticipated charges.

Minimum Order Charge

Please note that some menu items have minimum billing numbers. For example, barbecues have a minimum billing number of 25. You may certainly order this service for a lesser amount of people (however billing will be based on the minimum billing number). There is a minimum order number of $20.00 for all deliveries or a $15.00 delivery fee will apply. All evening and weekend orders under $100.00 will be subject to a $15.00 delivery fee.

Risks and Liabilities

During the drop-off, food temperatures will be in safe zone (Cold Food below 4C/39F and Hot Food above 60C/140F). 

Food is good for maximum 2 hours without any proper hot or cold food holding units. It’s a health and safety hazard to keep food in danger zone without any proper holding.

Budget Catering Obligations and Restrictions

All caterings will be dropped off only, budget caterings do not include setup or cleanup. 

It can only be ordered through Catertrax and can’t be combined with any other regular services including clean up, linens and china.

Every food will be provided in disposable take out containers and bags with cutlery and napkins.

Budget catering is a customized menu and will not be substituted with other regular menu items.

All caterings order must reach a minimum of $50.

Change Requests

All change requests must be send though Catertrax, change is approved ONLY if you receive an email notification through Catertrax. 

Should your guest count go up unexpectedly on the day of the event, requests for additional food/beverage will be accommodated where possible. You will be billed for the final guaranteed count or actual number served.

Cancellation Charges

To avoid charging cancellation fees, we require a 2 business day notice period prior to the event.

All cancellations made on the day of the event will be charged a cancellation fee of 100%
