To ensure the highest quality of service, orders should be placed at least three business days in advance of the event. For larger receptions and dinners, a minimum of seven business days' notice is required. Orders placed with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to availability of products and staff.

In the case of an emergency order placed outside the specified time frame, substitutions may be necessary. The event organizer is responsible for payment based on the confirmed number of attendees or the actual number present, whichever is greater. We are prepared to accommodate up to a 5% increase in the number of attendees beyond the guaranteed count.
For external groups, a 50% deposit based on the estimated total is required prior to the event. The remaining balance is due the day before the event. Any additional charges incurred during the event will be invoiced post-event.
For internal groups, direct billing arrangements will be pre-arranged.
All payments must be processed through our secure online payment portal to ensure privacy and security.
While clients may cancel their booking at any time, please note that non-refundable booking fees or deposits paid after signing the agreement are not eligible for refund.
Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days prior to the event to avoid a 50% cancellation fee on all anticipated charges. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Please be aware that certain menu items have minimum billing requirements. For instance, barbecues require a minimum billing number of 25 guests, though you may place an order for fewer people (the billing will still be based on the minimum). All deliveries must meet a minimum order value of $50.00, or a $25.00 delivery fee will be applied.
Additionally, evening and weekend orders may be subject to additional fees.
During drop-off, we ensure that food is maintained at safe temperatures, with cold food kept below 4°C (39°F) and hot food above 60°C (140°F). Without proper hot or cold food holding units, food should not be kept in the "danger zone" for more than two hours, as this presents a health and safety risk.
All budget catering orders are drop-off only. No setup or cleanup services are included. These services are available through Catertrax and cannot be combined with regular catering services such as linens, china service, or cleanup.
Food will be provided in disposable takeout containers and bags, along with cutlery and napkins. Please note that budget catering is a customized menu and cannot be substituted with regular menu items. Additionally, all budget catering orders must meet a minimum order value of $50.
Any change requests must be submitted through Catertrax or via email. Changes will only be approved once you receive an email notification confirming the change through the system.
If your guest count increases unexpectedly on the day of the event, additional food and beverages will be provided, subject to availability. You will be billed for the final guaranteed guest count or the actual number served, whichever is higher.
To avoid cancellation fees, we require a 5-business-day notice period. All cancellations made on the day of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee for all anticipated charges.
